This guide book is for for the person suffering with the hassle and embarrassment of urinary incontinence, bladder urgency or prolapse, that interfere with activities that you love.

Maybe it’s a small urinary leak when you sneeze, laugh, or jump, or perhaps that sudden strong urge that makes you feel you might not even make it to the toilet in time. Either way, it’s a situation that can prevent you from socializing, exercising, enjoying family time or any other aspect of life the way you want to. You may not be sleeping well, or may even feel that you need to rearrange your plans or your daily schedule around your bladder.

Let’s face it… it’s no fun to have to excuse yourself from the company of others or stop along the way for a restroom during your daily commute. It can really break your stride.

I work with people on a regular basis, who have bladder control problems, urinary urgency and urinary frequency. Many are women who also have a condition called bladder prolapse. What I can tell you is that most of them have already been doing the well-known Kegel exercises on their own for some time, without getting the results they want. Why? Because they haven’t found out what their main problem is, or whether they really need to be doing kegels. And even if they do need to, they don’t really know how to kegels or what else to do in order to really fix their urinary incontinence. They don’t know and what they should or should not be doing in their daily life either. One study actually showed that one third of women were doing kegels so wrong, that they were making their incontinence or prolapse WORSE by what they were doing!

Many women, and men as well, have decided to accept urinary incontinence as a “normal” part of their lives, mostly because they are just so used to it.  And so, they continue to spend money on incontinence pads, always worrying about when the next leak will come, or where the next restroom will be. Many are considering, or have already had, surgery for pelvic organ prolapse, but their symptoms were not fixed, or have returned. Are they happy like this? Certainly not! Most people are thrilled to find out that they do NOT have to live that way.

Since I continue to see people who are frustrated by urinary leaks or bladder urgency, I have written this report that gives you the best tips and advice for starting to get better control of your bladder right away. This special new report is available to you at this time for FREE!

While I can’t promise that what is contained in this report will completely solve the problem for you, it will get you started. And isn’t that better than spending another day doing nothing to improve the situation, and just relying on wearing pads?

  • What are you missing out on because of your bladder control problems?
  • What might you be missing out on in 3 months if this problem were to get WORSE?
  • Are you prepared for the risk of a surgery that often comes with side effects, and may not even provide a lasting fix?
  • Now… What do you see yourself doing when YOU are running your life and NOT your bladder?

Look Who Else Came In For Specialist Treatment And Left Feeling
Happy, Healthy, & More Active...

Abigail, 39, Poway

“Ever since I had my second baby, I realized that my stomach and pelvic muscles were just not what they used to be, and I had been having trouble controlling my bladder. I was afraid to be out in public without knowing where the restroom was, and I drank less water than I wanted to for fear of having leaks when I sneezed, or not making it to the restroom in time. When I went to see Debbie, she was able to guide me through the right plan customized just for me to get rid of my leaking problem in just a few weeks. I feel more energetic than I have in years, and my back pain is gone too.”

Naomi, 55, Ramona

“When I first called Fundamental Physical Therapy, I had been suffering with pelvic pain for over 4 years, after a fall on my tailbone. The pain made it difficult to sit, exercise, do my daily tasks at work and at home, use the bathroom normally, and worst of all, I was unable to be intimate with my husband. It took some time for me to get up the nerve to get help, and even then, I was worried about what the therapy would involve. I am so glad that I finally did it, and only wish I hadn’t waited so long. Debbie is so kind and professional! Typically the type of stuff I went through would have been uncomfortable but she made it easy and educational. Now I am able to do everything that I want to do and I feel like I have a new lease on life! Thank you for all of your help and sensitive care.”
