This guide book is for a man who has recently had or is facing an upcoming prostate surgery, and is concerned about the embarrassment and frustration of urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction. You may already know that whether a prostatectomy or other procedure on your prostate gland, it is very likely to come with one or both of these side effects, which can keep you from doing all the things you love, with the people you love!

Maybe it’s a small urinary leak when you sneeze, laugh, or jump, or perhaps that sudden strong urge that makes you feel you might not even make it to the toilet in time.
Maybe you notice that it is more difficult to get an erection, or it doesn’t have all the hardness or “staying power” that it used to.

Either way, it’s a situation that can prevent you from socializing, exercising, enjoying family
time or any other aspect of life the way you want to. You may feel withdrawn from your intimate partner, you may not be sleeping well, or may even feel that you need to rearrange your plans or your daily schedule around your bladder.

Let’s face it… it can really break your stride to have to give up on a sexual encounter because all systems are not functioning as they should. Your intimate partner may even feel like it is somehow their fault, when you know it certainly is not…

When it comes to bladder function, it is no fun to need to wear incontinence pads in order to exercise, to need to excuse yourself from the company of others or stop along the way for a restroom during your daily commute.

I help men on a regular basis, who want to regain bladder control and erectile function as quickly and fully as possible after prostatectomy or other prostate procedure.

What I can tell you is that most of them have already been told to do the well-known kegel
exercises on their own, without getting the results they want. Why? Because they haven’t found out what their main problem is, or whether they really need to be doing kegels. And even if they do need to, they don’t really know how to kegels or what else to do in order to really fix their urinary incontinence. They don’t know and what they should or should not be doing in their daily life either. One study actually showed that most men are not actually able to perform these pelvic floor exercises correctly just by being told to verbally or in writing.

Many men have decided to accept erectile dysfunction, difficulties with bladder control, or urinary urgency as a “normal” part of their lives after having prostate trouble, mostly because they are just so used to it. And so, they continue to spend money on incontinence pads, always worrying about when the next leak will come, or where the next restroom will be. But are they happy like this? Certainly not! Most people are thrilled to find out that it does NOT have to be that way.

Since I continue to see people who are disappointed by consequences of a prostate surgery,
necessary though the procedure may be, I have written this report for men just like you. In this report you will find out the best tips and advice for starting to get better control of your bladder right away, and regaining erectile function as completely and quickly as possible. This special new report is available to you at this time for FREE!

While I can’t promise that what is contained in this report will completely solve the problem for you, it will certainly get you started. And isn’t that better than spending another day doing nothing to improve the situation, just relying on wearing pads and avoiding sexual situations?

Consider this:

  • What are you missing out on because of your bladder control problems?
  • Who else in your life is affected by your erectile dysfunction?
  • What might you be missing out on in 3 months if either problem were to get WORSE?
  • Now… What do you see yourself doing when YOU are running your life and NOT your bladder?
  • How high will your confidence soar when you know you can rely on your erection?

Look Who Else Came In For Specialist Treatment And Left Feeling
Happy, Healthy, & More Active...

Ryan, 44, La Mesa

Jacob, 62, Encinitas

“For the past 12 years I was having repeated episodes of ‘prostatitis.’ The urologist would give me antibiotics and it would get mostly better for a while, then come raging right back. It would feel like I was sitting on an ice-pick, and I’d have to pee at least every hour. My sex life was suffering too, and I couldn’t live like that. Finally I learned that there is physical therapy for this problem, and although I was skeptical and had never heard of this kind of physical therapy before, I was read to try anything. Turned out it was not a moment too soon! I found out that the problem wasn’t really from my prostate after all. Debbie was able to help me get rid of all my symptoms, sleep better and be more active than I have in years.”

“I had surgery to remove my prostate gland last year, but before I did I made sure to call Fundamental Physical Therapy & Pelvic Wellness. I knew that this surgery usually causes incontinence and impotence, and I didn’t want that to happen to me! I had a visit with Debbie before surgery to prepare, and went back afterward to get everything working again. Now the best thing has happened - I'm fully dry again. By the way, my mojo is back too – just ask my wife!”
