This guide book is for the woman who is experiencing the torment of back pain or pelvic pain after having a baby, and it is interfering with her daily life.

We’re talking about that “dull ache” or “sharp pain” that continues to frustrate you, as it stops you in your tracks. You may keep feeling the need to reach for the pain pills just in order to keep doing the bare minimum. But you are not really doing what you want to be doing… not really enjoying this precious time in your life.

I work with postpartum women every week, who have similar problems going on, and I can tell you that taking pain pills or “resting” as many have told you to do, is not a good long-term solution for your health - and not really helpful for the pain either!

Many of these women, whether 8 weeks postpartum or 8 years, have thought that they should accept back pain as a “normal” part of life as a mom. Or that you really must be careful, and just “do less” when you are in pain, so that you do not “damage” your back.
